Advisory · The human expert layer
The ainm software runs your people operation day to day. The advisory is the human counterpart behind it — reward and pay equity, performance and capability, learning and development, org design, and the senior hires that change a company’s trajectory. One practitioner, the full breadth of the people function.

Fionnán O’Sullivan · MCIPD · F.ERF
I’m a Chartered HR practitioner (MCIPD), F.ERF. I’ve run the people function from the inside — as General Manager for Ireland at Agria and as Head of HR — and I’ve sat on the other side of the table as an executive-search partner, finding the leaders those functions are built around. That double view is the point: I read reward, org design and senior hiring as an operator who has owned the outcome, not just advised on it.
That operator’s view is sharpened by a second career as an educator — and it’s what sets the advisory apart from the usual HR consultant. I lecture at UCC in Human Resource Management (HRM), co-founded the Odyssey Programme — a national, HEA-backed career & leadership programme — and I’m an Executive MBA candidate there as a Dean’s Scholar. Clients bring me in not only to advise, but to train their managers and build the capability in-house. My work is grounded in evidence and written to be defensible — to a board, a regulator, or the Workplace Relations Commission.

How I can help
The people strategy that shapes the organisation — not just keeps it running.
Getting pay defensible before the EU directive makes it everyone’s problem.
Turning effort into outcomes, and managers into leaders.
Building the capability in-house — so the change outlasts the engagement.
Finding and landing the people who change the trajectory.
Employment-law-aligned, WRC-ready, defensible in writing.
