Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Performance - Develop and implement marketing plans with clear KPIs tied to lead generation, member acquisition, and retention. - Lead campaigns across digital and offline channels, owning results from planning through to reporting. - Build and maintain regular performance dashboards (traffic, conversion rates, email performance, campaign ROI) and use insights to continually optimise strategy. - Set, track, and report against monthly/quarterly marketing targets. Digital Marketing, Website & SEO - Manage and optimise the Republic of Work website (Squarespace), owning site structure, content, and user experience to drive conversions. - Own SEO strategy end-to-end - keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO health, and organic traffic growth - with regular reporting on rankings and traffic. - Run email marketing campaigns and automation in HubSpot, including newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns, tracking open/click/conversion rates. - Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) with a focus on cost-per-lead and ROI. - Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube) with consistent, on-brand, engaging content, tracked against engagement and growth metrics. - Develop blog posts, press releases, and website content aligned with brand voice and SEO goals. Community Engagement & Events - Drive promotion of community events, workshops, and programs, with clear attendance and engagement targets. - Collaborate with the wider team on campaigns celebrating members and their successes. - Market flagship events and startup-related programs, tracking attendance and lead conversion. Brand Development - Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms. - Work with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality campaign visuals. - Identify and develop partnership and sponsorship opportunities to extend brand reach. Requirements Qualifications - Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. - 3+ years' proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in innovation, coworking, community, startups, or related industries. Essential Skills - Hands on experience with email marketing (campaign build, automation, list segmentation, performance tracking). - Hands-on experience with webpage design/management, ideally in Squarespace. - Proven SEO experience - on-page, technical, and content SEO, with the ability to demonstrate past results. - Working proficiency in HubSpot (essential) and Airtable. Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with Google Analytics/GA4 and campaign data to generate actionable insights and report on ROI. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Creative flair for content creation (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent). - Strong project management and organisational skills. Attributes - Passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and the startup ecosystem. - A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, comfortable owning targets and being measured against them. - Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally. What We Offer - A chance to work in a vibrant, innovative environment in the heart of Cork City. - Competitive salary. - Opportunities for career growth.
